Cheryl leads the transportation group where she manages the pursuit, development, and delivery of transportation projects. “We’ve accomplished tremendous things for our clients over the years as a result of technical expertise, vision, perseverance, and the persistent belief that our work serves to improve the quality of life for everyone it touches.”
Cheryl said that her favorite thing about working at Spalding DeDecker is “the people and the culture. I love the personal satisfaction I get when I see our employees thriving and making great contributions.” Spalding DeDecker puts a great amount of effort into seeking out and recruiting exceptional talent, then creating an environment where individuals have an opportunity to excel in their strengths and grow professionally. As an employee-owned company, it doesn’t take long for a new employee to realize how he or she can directly impact success.
Cheryl also serves as a Vice-Chair on the Civil Engineering Advisory Board at Lawrence Technological University, where she graduated with Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering.
