Put simply, without Ted, things wouldn’t run as smoothly. Ted is responsible for managing public and private construction engineering projects at Spalding DeDecker. He is also responsible for the daily construction activities for all projects including staff scheduling, daily construction activities, procedures, staff training, as-built plan reviews, walk-throughs, punch lists, and project close-outs. He is involved with the coordination of all aspects of a project, including client relations and working with the project team to meet the requirements of the scope of work.
A member of the Spalding DeDecker team since 2007, Ted’s favorite thing about working for Spalding DeDecker is the people, “the egos and agendas are not present with our colleagues and staff.”
Ted graduated from the University of Kansas and loves being a father. He enjoys fishing, staying fit and healthy, and outdoor recreational activities during his spare time.
